Please make sure that your furniture can be taken to
the designated place in your home. Will it fit
through narrow passages, up stairways or around
tight corners?
As we approach the time to schedule your delivery,
you will be contacted by our service center to
arrange the delivery appointment. Please note the
following:
Restrictions on Access
Please let us know if there are any barriers or
difficulties about the access to your home or the
room in your home for which we should be prepared
(such as steep or winding stairs, narrow passages,
tight corners, and low ceilings). Unusual conditions
that require additional time and or people will
result in additional charges.
Multiple Pieces
If you order more than one piece of furniture, our
policy is to deliver the entire order at one time.
However, if you want more than one delivery, we will
try to accommodate your request. In some cases,
additional delivery charges may apply.
Appointment Time
We also ask that you be home one half hour before
the appointed time and that you stay one half hour
after, in case earlier deliveries are running ahead
or behind schedule.
Condos, Apartments,
Office Buildings
If we are delivering to a building which has
restrictions or rules on deliveries (after hours,
authorizations to enter, etc.), please let us know
in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Delivery
Cancellations
If you are not able to keep your delivery
appointment, please call us at least 24 hours in
advance. Should you reschedule your delivery, an
additional delivery charge will apply.
Removal of Your Existing
Furniture
Our delivery service does not include hauling away
old furniture. If such services are needed before we
deliver your new furniture into your home, please
make arrangements in advance.
